Excellent communicator during the whole process!

Jess communicated with us the full-time that we were in this process he was available by either phone, text message or email. We had an app called Home ShowingTime that Jess set up for us to be able to know every time there was going to be a showing in the house. Any questions that I had regarding pricing or things that needed to be done to the house to make it more sellable Jess was ready to answer. His knowledge of the area and how the market was was exceptional.
