•My sister and I recently had the unfortunate task of figuring out our mother’s next steps without my father with her all while still trying to hold on to her dignity. It became obvious after a while that selling their dream retirement home and moving on to another phase of her life was the unfortunate road we were headed down . Laura was extremely patient and helpful during this process right out of the gate . She provided contacts in the area from lawyers to contractors to handymen. She was in constant communication with us every step of the way. She was diligent and navigated all of the chefs in the kitchen who had opinions about what should be done and when which took some time to all get on the same page. Once we were ready to list and sell she was able to line up buyers without having to do a million open houses, and all within a smooth 30 day close from start to finish . She was compassionate and understanding to our situation and made sure to take into consideration our mothers strong feelings and connection to the house as well during this whole process. Without Laura this would have become a bigger nightmare than it started out to be .
It was such a pleasure working with Laura. Her communication throughout the whole process from start to finish was top notch. Her knowledge of the area and what's going on in the market really helped us Solidify the best price for our home. She was patient and really got to know our family and our needs.
