Knowledgeable, Responsive, and Truly Looked Out for Me
I had a great experience working with my realtor throughout the purchase of my new home. She was incredibly responsive and always willing to answer my questions or address any concerns, making sure I felt informed and well guided throughout the entire process. She was especially helpful when it came to negotiating seller concessions and connecting me with reputable, reliable contractors when I needed them. She also worked seamlessly with my mortgage broker, closing attorneys, and everyone else involved in the transaction, which helped make the process much easier to navigate. Her knowledge of the market and the neighborhood was also incredibly valuable as I worked through such a major purchase. One thing I am particularly grateful for was her help when the closing attorney's system was compromised and fraudulent communications were sent to clients. She quickly recognized that something wasn't right, helped me identify the attempted scam, and made sure I knew how to verify the legitimate closing and wiring information before taking any action. Having someone knowledgeable and attentive looking out for me during a situation like that gave me tremendous peace of mind. I truly appreciated her responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to advocate for me throughout the entire process.
