Recently, I purchased a second home in the Tampa area. I entered the search process with a defined budget and property features required, but was quite uneducated of the various communities within the Tampa area. I met Robert O'Connor through a mutual acquaintance and am truly thankful for the recommendation. Robert took the time to get to know me, my needs, likes/dislikes, and leverage his knowledge of the area to quickly help me narrow in communities and homes that met my needs and interests. The combination of technology tools that Robert has available, in addition to the roster of great recommendations that Robert provided for loan processing, home inspection, and home improvements, greatly reduced the stress associated with the process, especially considering a very aggressive desire of the seller for a quick close (we went from offer acceptance to close in 27 days). We certainly encountered hardships along the way. HOA violations were assessed to the seller during the period between offer acceptance and close. Robert worked closely with the HOA and seller agent to ensure that the issues would be resolved. I would highly recommend using Robert for future home buying or selling needs.

I had known Rob was an agent for a while and decided to try him out. I was overwhelmed by the amount of knowledge he had about real estate and his eye for detail. We walked in 500K homes an he was able to point out what was done halfway and what was good and wasn't along with what a fair home price would be. We kept losing bids for the homes we wanted so we shifted our strategy at the advice of Rob. We found a home in a great neighborhood that was in great condition but wasn't as nice as it could be. With Rob's help we were able to get the home and with his advice and direction we made it exactly what we wanted. His attention to detail is amazing and I would highly recommend Rob if you want a responsive and knowlegeable agent that will help you get what you want. We were also able to close in 35 days with his help. I wouldn't interview another agent just go with Rob. You won't be dissapointed!

As my friend experienced, Rob is professional at every turn. Since putting our house sale in the hands of Rob we have felt very happy and at ease. We moved to Indiana prior to putting our house on market. Rob knows the market extremely well. He gave us excellent advices for optimal remodeling with minimal cost, which dramatically increased the attractiveness of the house and more importantly its market value. He helped us to sell/get rid of the old furnitures. He also helped to setup all the remodeling and repair work since we are out of state. He is also very handy and fixed a lot of things for us without charge of labor fees , such as changing lights, blinds, locks, fixing fence, and cleaning the house with his wife, etc. This has saved us a lot of money without hiring a handyman or other professionals.
