Karla is Amazing

Karla not only helped me buy my house but helped me sell when the time was right. The market was going down when Karla helped me get into my house and assisted with the process as I was a first time buyer. We had complete trust and everything explained as I understood what I was signing with a potential future for growth with my investment. When the time came for a move, I reached out to Karla and she helped so much with the prep for showing and price range for the market that I was able to get more than asking price. As I was out of state through out the process, she made the paperwork seamless and smooth( no hiccups). As she informed me in the beginning, the house did provide the growth investment that was speculated. As I was purchasing in another state, she helped inform my realtor from that state the status of the process and evaluate and encourage me of all the growth potential the new investment could be.
