Great Experience with Meera and Shiv

I had a great experience working with Meera and her colleague Shiv. Meera helped me with an investment property purchase in Merced, CA in 2023 and subsequently with my primary residence in San Jose in 2025. She was very patient with us during our search and traveled to various different cities across the Bay Area to ensure we were exploring all our options. She is very knowledgeable about the Bay Area landscape and was able to recommend certain neighborhoods based on our specific family dynamic. We had a 1+ year search for our permanent residence which she stuck with us through and helped us with multiple offers and negotiations. She goes through the disclosures and makes sure to alert us of any red flags with homes we tour. She is very proactive and ensures to stay on top of all the requirements during the inspections and closing process. Additionally, she has many connections with vendors for renovations and repairs which she connected us with post closure. I would highly recommend Meera and Shiv and work with them again for any future purchases.
