•Andrea is an incredible partner and a significant reason as to why my wife and I were able to purchase our first home. Andrea would downplay this and suggest that “it takes a village to accomplish something of this magnitude,” but this is just her being humble. My wife and I have never purchased a home before this, plus we were entirely unfamiliar with the actual process. Though we knew that the process would be more complex than ordering something on Amazon, we underestimated how many layers exist between “window-shopping” on Zillow and receiving the keys to the front door. Andrea took on the challenge of not only educating us through the ins-and-outs of homebuying (which included walking us through a seemingly endless number of documents) but also helping us figure out what exactly we wanted. Thinking through neighborhoods, mapping out your future milestones, the “dealbreakers”, and so forth were thoughtful exercises that really framed our thinking before we set sights on Richmond Marina. Andrea was remarkably patient with us through all of this – never once rushed us. We first contacted her nearly two years before we actually made an offer and not once did she apply pressure to hurry. She encouraged that buying a home is a multifaceted ordeal and that the right time would reveal itself when we found the right home. And when the time finally did come, Andrea struck with a swiftness balanced with confident wisdom that made our offer ultra-competitive --- ultimately edging us over the finish line. We were told that we were lucky to land our first home on our first-ever offer, yet I think it was more about the leadership Andrea deployed as she positioned us for success. We can’t thank Andrea enough for her leadership in landing us this home. Please reach out to her if you’re looking for a partner that is patient, has a deep knowledge of San Francisco’s East Bay market, and perhaps most importantly, someone who authentically cares that you land the home that you heart
Andrea helped me and my fiance with buying our first home. Buying a home in the Bay Area is no easy feat, but Andrea was with us every step of the way (even when life often got in the way of our plans!). She possesses so much real estate knowledge and expertise, and also looks out for the best interest of her clients, so you immediately feel like you're in good hands. She is warm and personable the instant you meet her. She is also a master at negotiation, hustle, and follow up - everything you want and need in your agent! I would highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future.
