She was born and raised in South Louisville and has extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and real estate market in both Louisville and Southern Indiana. Julia's real estate career started over 20 years ago in the beautiful mountain community of Vail, Colorado. Recently transitioning back to the Bluegrass state in her hometown of Louisville, Ky, she brings years of expertise, knowledge and care to her clients. Recently, the process of moving her father to a senior living facility prompted her to earn the SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist, certification where she learned how to best guide seniors with their different needs and services. Her ability to connect with all levels of buyers and sellers allows her to help guide you through your next purchase or sale with ease and trust.

After 30+ years in medical device sales/sales management mostly with implantable pacemakers and defibrillators, I transitioned to a Real Estate Agent in 2013. In 2016, I earned my Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES after my personal experience transitioning my 90 year old mother from her home to a senior living community. Representing seniors and their families who are transitioning to a senior living community and they have a home to sell is my full time job. I absolutely love representing seniors because seniors have different needs and require different services. My years as a SRES has allowed me to build an extensive network of resources that I put around my senior clients and their families to create a hassle free stress free transitioning experience when selling their family home.
