Chris has a good feel for changing market conditions and communicates updates regularly

Chris and his wife Michelle helped me to sell my late father's home. They were recommended by one of my dad's friends. I live 1,200 miles away, and I contacted Chris before my dad's estate entered probate, he enthusiastically agreed to assist with the sale when I was ready. When I met Chris to get the house listed, he gave me an accurate assessment of the current market conditions and gave a market based pricing recommendation. In addition to the interior and exterior photos of the house, Chris also took a number of views using drone - which provided a unique perspective of the home and provided a good feel for the surrounding neighborhood. Chris communicated traffic and market based pricing suggestions regularly. Chris and Michelle helped navigate some unique aspects of this sale: My father's car was still in the garage, and Chris took pictures and a video of the vehicle, which helped me to market the car remotely. When an overzealous HOA president decided that the driveway needed pressure washing - Chris took care of it. When a prospective buyer needed to find a lender - Michelle was relentless in her search. Michelle also solicited multiple bids from local electricians when a house insection revealed that the electrical panel needed replacement. When I selected an electrician, Chris made sure he was available to allow the electrician into the house. When a power drunk appraiser insisted on an unnecessary sensor - Chris installed it. They also gracefully dealt with complaints from neighbors re suspect landscaping maintenance provided by a third party contracted by the mortgage company. They also very professionally nudged a suddenly recalictrant sibling to proceed with the closing on the house. I give Chris and Michelle my highest recommendation, and truly appreciate the over and above assistance they provided to me and my family.
