After losing so much time with other real estate agents who signed you up and did nothing, Chris and Michelle, true professionals, handled everything in the preparation, marketing and sale of our equine property in a challenging market. They stayed in touch, recruited other real estate professionals with masterful open houses and marketing, guided us through every step. We had high hopes and they constantly exceeded expectations. They managed the details, came up with creative solutions, and never rested until our property sold in a win-win with buyers and sellers. Our only regrets is all the time we wasted with other "flashy" realtors and the cost of not getting the farm sold. Chris & Michelle delivered great results for us and for my in-laws. They sold their house at a higher than expected price the first week in a crowded market with competition from cheaper, lower quality new construction in the neighborhood.
