•Laurel is a fantastic agent, she was caring, she listened and built a great rapport with Patricia and I. During the is process not once did we feel pressured to purchase a home, this was truly a collaborative effort. She understood what we were looking for. Ultimately we found it. I’ve given her name to several friends that mentioned to us that they may be in the market in a few months, we assured them that laurel was the agent to go with. Having sold real estate in the past, I know how many agents only look out for themselves for that commission, often times pressuring people to settle, she didn’t do that, she allowed us to take our time, find the right home and then proceeded with the offer. During that phase she guided us along the way, even after closing she was there for us. In all I’d give her at least a 10. Great job! Sincerely, Dione and Patricia Smith. Oh, the dog loves the big back yard as well.
