•After Sofia helped us purchase a condo, she again successfully helped us purchase this townhome. She was very responsive and ready to help at anytime and for any issue. She has extensive knowledge not only in local markets but in home remodeling as well. When we found the kitchen cabinet drawers did not pull well, she quickly fixed them. The day of closing, the seller did not put the missing kitchen cabinet door back as promised, she stand firm and made sure that the new cabinet door was installed before informing us to wire the funds. Since we’re out town buyers, she did many things for us willingly and initiatively including final walk through. After closing, she continued her support and help to this day. We’re very grateful to her and she will be our realtor for life!
