Roberta did an outstanding job helping us buying a sight unseen condo to be used as a short term rental. Thanks to Roberta’s extensive knowledge on the vacation home industry in addition to the real state overall, availability to visit multiples proprieties and most of all, taking the time to record excellent videos, complete with positive and negative details about all the condos she visited, my husband and I where confident on closing the deal without seeing it.
