Have had 2 listings with Melissa with the same great outcome.

Melissa is a true professional who cares about the needs and wishes of her clients. We've used her THREE times - to buy a condo, to sell that condo several years later, and then to buy a home. She is hard working, patient, answers all questions and addresses all concerns, and has a network of contacts from financing, to home inspectors, to movers and handymen who can meet any need! We purchase two properties with them. The current one was a challenger in many ways, but they helped us to get it. They did help us to find what we are looking for, tell you the truth, find out all details, negotiate for you, advise you pros and cons. Help you with extend offer. They are ager to help you before sell anything. Just to give a example, one day we visited one house and they did notice foundation problem and told me about it and gave me advice. This save me lots of money and headaches. They are trustworthy people. They reply fast, Gregory understands a lot of construction and buildings. Connie is update in her carrier. Sold to satisfaction!!
I inherited my cousins Condominium last February and had no clue how to proceed, especially being an out of state resident. I was given Melissa’s info by a relative and she is awesome. I’ve told all my friends that she is the beat. Melissa went beyond her responsibilities. She staged and cleaned the home. Arranged for items to be donated to charity. Oh and she sold the condo before I could blink an eye. Melissa is the best!!
