•Sharon is a very knowledgeable agent with many years of experience in the real estate industry outside of being an agent. That experience serves her well in all aspects of a real estate transaction and really sets her apart from others. Sharon represented our family when we sold our mother’s estate home. The property had multiple acres with an older home so there wasn’t many comparable sales with that same criteria for her to use. She employed a couple of different methods to establish value and went the extra mile to make sure that we got the value right at listing. We wound up having multiple competing offers within the first fews days on market and accepted an offer that was slightly above the listing price. Sharon also helped my family manage additional deliverables to the title company which was required since my mother’s estate had gone through probate there were a couple of the seven heirs that had also passed since mother’s probate had been completed. Sharon is always looking out for her clients and she is very proactive instead of just being reactive. That trait alone helped us save much time and energy in such a challenging real estate transaction. Give her a try. You’ll be glad you did!!
