▶Shelly is the most skillful and super engaged real estate agent we have ever worked with. Under most difficult circumstances during COVID she found us a cosy fitting new home and helped us negotiate a very fair good price. She advised us very openly on issues and gave us very important guidance. Without her we would have made a lot of mistakes. After closing, when we entered the house a gift tray awaited us with local honey and cookies along with the best wishes for our moving-in process. We can highly recommend her.
Shelly, was amazing with our out of state move to the beautiful Savannah area. She responded to us right away. She was fair in negotiations and professional. We purchased our home during tight COVID restrictions from across the country. We really depended on Shelly for all of the important details to make the transaction happen. We love our home and highly recommend Shelly as a buyers agent.
In the middle of Covid we decided to move cross-country from the Sedona, Arizona high desert to the coastal tropics of Savannah, Georgia, and picked Shelly LaMonica as our property researcher and broker. With travel more risky than Russian Roulette, we had to place enormous trust in Shelly. And we are discriminating/ picky, judicial/ chimerical, pleasant/ difficult clients!!! Shelly helped us define our wants and needs into a perfect location in Savannah, the type of home and grounds right for us, and a fitting financial range to make all this work. She mastered our preferences as we studied properties together, then travelled around Savannah making videos for us of our favored choices. We travelled to Savannah twice for short stays during the search. Shelly dedicated herself to taking us around, often two or three visits to places we eventually rejected. When we chose our home, Shelly handled the negotiations very well and guided us through the various stages skillfully from first and second bids, through the inspection and an adjusted offer. She got us the price we wanted from the beginning. Everything went smoothly and we closed on the exact date we requested. Our move into our new home occurred exactly on schedule. When we moved in we found Shelly had written us a lovely note and gifted us with sweets and treats. Shelly was knowledgeable and skillful as our broker; excellent at learning our aesthetics and peculiar preferences, as well as managing our anxieties; a formidable deal maker, and a very personal, dedicated, hard-working researcher. We ended by regarding her as a friend. PS: We are thrilled with our new home and only concerned by how happy we feel.
