Elizabeth Herman was an outstanding agent representing us throughout this process. From our first visit with her as we were “just looking” all the way through to closing, Elizabeth worked hard to find the right properties that fit our vision, and ensured that we stayed on target as we worked through the process. She stayed in contact with us, even checking in with us just to be sure, answering all of our detailed questions (and finding people with answers when she didn’t know herself), and finally helping to make the closing process as smooth as possible. We truly enjoyed working with Elizabeth and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area!

The team at Mcateer &Will Estates did an amazing job selling our home in just 4 days of listing! They came in and gave suggestions about what to fix and how to price the property. We had numerous showings the first week it listed and sold at full price. We live out of state and so they negotiated on our behalf and had our best interests in mind the entire time. They even offered us moving trucks at no additional cost. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
