We listened to her recommendations and she took the lead with all the contractors for upgrades prior to selling. Thanks to her, it was a stress free experience, specially since we live in another state. We sold the house on the timeline that I wanted and the price that I desired.

If you're looking for a wonderful real estate agent, look no further than Monica. Trying to find a home is difficult, but trying to find a home from another country was not entirely what we had in mind. We were not looking forward to the stress of trying to buy our first house but, Monica made it so EASY for us! We found our home within a few weeks, and Monica made it happen! She answered all of my questions about where to go and what to do in the area. I could have not picked a better agent than Monica!
