•I am not sure that I can properly describe how awesome it has been to work with Scott these last couple years. Scott manages our rental properties and we couldn't be happier. With Scott handling everything, I don't have to feel like a landlord. I just sit back and collect the rent every month while Scott takes care of everything. More than that, Scott has worked tirelessly to find us exactly what we were looking for in a home. He had to deal with my wife, who is quite picky. He must have showed us 25 homes during the process, but he never seemed to get frustrated. We simply moved on to the next. Scott's best attribute is his knowledge and ability to give you a honest, upfront opinion on what would be the best move. I have a tendency to want to low-ball an offer. It is a good thing that I took Scott's advice and put in a good, solid offer or we wouldn't have gotten it. Scott warned us that the market is becoming more and more competitive. At the closing table, we found out that several offers came in on the house around the same amount, but that ours was only slightly better. Scott was spot on. This is what you can expect when working with Scott.
