He guided us well and the frosting on the cake was his excellent taste and sense of decor and color combinations when he helped us make selections for upgrades to the condo unit. WE felt extremely comfortable that he was guiding us well.

Excellent is the description of the service provided by Craig Schwartz. He kept in constant communication with us to let us know any information that would be helpful in selling our condo. After owning the condo since 1982 and having many enjoyable times at the beach with friends and family, this was a bittersweet sale. He definitely made the process easier, even the closing. Sad but glad this is done.
