We were planning our move from Virginia to Massachusetts and heard about Joan from those who know her well. We started off the buyer-agent relationship online and once we met Joan in-person we knew she would represent our interests well. From her years of experience, she clearly knows the region, the advantages and disadvantages of neighborhoods, and many of her peers who we met at open houses. As relative newcomers to property search in the region her knowledge, guidance and instinct served us well. As importantly, we made a personal connection with Joan that put our house-hunting not just on business terms, which was very helpful any time when we would end our visit north with no result. It was going to take time, but it would be time well spent because she was helping us. After months of looking we successfully bid on a house and her guidance smoothed the way to a happy result in North Andover, where we now live.
