Once we decided on a property to bid on, Justin quickly went to view it as we were out of state and provided videos of the property. Justin was a pleasure to work with in many ways. His easy going attitude was refreshing - there is a lot to be said for no pressure. He showed us around and would suggest places to look at that were not necessarily on our list, yet fit our desires. His communication was much appreciated throughout the entire process. We did several offers on different places before finally landing on the perfect place. He was good with us walking away from too high counter offers. Never pressured us in any way. In that we lived away from our new purchase he continued to help by meeting with workers and giving access to those who needed it. Justin is a great guy, generous in spirit and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for your real estate needs!

We could not have asked for a better experience when shopping for our property on Anna Maria Island. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He went out of his way for any assistance that we needed, as we are out of state buyers. He was very hands-on throughout the entire process. After the sale, Justin followed up to help us get utilities and contractors switched over to us. Justin was quick to respond to any and all of our questions. You only have to read the last post to get the idea of how we felt about working with Cindy. If I could give her a higher rating , I would. I think Cindy works 24/7… not exaggerating! She knows Everything about real estate and the island… and if she doesn’t have an answer she will get it before you have had time to google it !
