It is my goal to make buying, selling and leasing property a pleasant experience. I strive to "Sell Area Properties Professionally" and have other agents happy that they have worked with me on a transaction. First licensed as a Sales Associate in 1980 I went on to obtain my Broker's license in 1986 and have worked full time in the Southeast Volusia real estate market. As a member of the New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Area Board of REALTORS I can assist my customers and clients with a wide range of options. Opening my office in 2002 at my current location we have been here through the highs and lows of the market and plan to stay active for many more years. I look forward to assisting you as well as your family and friends with all their real estate needs.

Super great agent !

Corrie was always available to speak with us and kept us up to date on everything. She answered all questions that we had. She is just a great real estate agent and I have recommended her to several of my friends that are either in the market to sell or buy. If I ever need a real estate agent again I would definitely call Corrie.

trustworthy and credible agent

Corey was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient to deal with. My situation was that I was selling a property in Fla. while living in Massachusetts. While this had the potential to be very stressful, it was anything but due to Corey's attention to details and excellent communication throughout the process. Corey made the transaction seamless and stress free. I would highly recommend her!

Awesome Agent

Corrie did a phenomenal job with the sale of my home. She was honest, knowledgeable and kept my best interests in mind. She updated me frequently even when there was no new news. I would recommend her to anyone.
