•We first worked with Kira to purchase a home. She provided a plethora of options, willing to assist during weird hours, and continued to clearly work in our best interest during the entire process. After purchasing, she still was a resource. She helped us find painters, handymen, and prepped for our first hurricane (we were out of state buyers). After a few years, it was time to move, she was excellent with listing the house. Provided valuable information and recommendations based on the market, neighborhood, and similar styles. She even placed minor staging pieces just to go that extra step! When it came time to decide on offers, she was able to give appropriate information and answer all questions about paperwork. She also made it clear that she was working with the new buyers to ensure everything was squared away. Overall, Kira is an amazing agent, and any buyer or seller would be lucky to use her!
