Jan is a wonderful person, very friendly and knowledgeable about the Florida Real Estate market. This was my first experience in pursuing the possibility of purchasing property in FL. She showed me a number of condos in the price range I was looking for. Once I found the one I wanted, she made it very easy for me to purchase. All the paperwork was done by Jan, any questions I had were answered promptly. Other than a few things I has to do which Jan couldn’t, all I really had to do was to go to the signing. I highly recommend Jan to any one needing a positive, eager and through broker to help them find just the right place to enjoy the good life in Florida.

Jan was amazing to work with! She put in the extra time and effort that it took to sell our home in a market that was taking a nosedive for sellers. She gave us excellent advice and fought for us when it was appropriate. She’s extremely knowledgeable of not only the market, but of mortgages and lending as well. She is very down to earth, honest, and was able to sell our home in the right amount of time to get us into our newly built home. We would definitely recommend Jan to sell or buy a home. And we will absolutely use her in the future.

Grant Burns is the type of person, that makes you feel at ease, from the minute you meet him. He is professional, friendly, and extremely easy to do business with. Very knowledgeable and prompt. He has all the traits, that make an otherwise stressful job, in to a pleasant experience. My sister, from out of state, purchased property. Since I live in the area, I represented her. Grant handled the entire transaction efficiently and promptly. I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him.
