Bryan is no doubt the best realtor I've had. He was very knowledgeable about the Clearwater Beach area, had a good understanding of what I was looking for in a property, and ended up handling a complicated short sale I eventually purchased on Island estates. Melissa Welsh was wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend Melissa if you are selling your home. She is very professional and a pleasure to work with. She was very diligent in getting my house sold and also helped me buy a townhome at the same time. The house I was selling was approximately 46 miles from where she lives and the townhome I purchased is about 90 miles from where she lives. Melissa went above and beyond what I would expect in a realtor. If I ever were to sell or buy again I would definitely want to work with Melissa.

She responded to texts/emails/calls immediately even if it was just to say that she was in the middle of something and would contact back shortly. We were first-time home buyers, and Melissa was amazing at explaining how things work in terms of negotiating a price, working with our bank, and all of the closing details. We also were nervous about buying our first house, and Melissa was able to calm our fears by giving her honest opinions about certain things, and finding out details for us in regards to the pro's and con's about the location of our home and what fixes would need to be done to the home. My fiance and I also differed in what things were important for us to have in our first home, but Melissa was able to find us the perfect starter home! For example, her and my fiance went to a showing of our current home while I was at work, and she instantly knew that I needed to see the house as soon as possible because it was everything that we both wanted. She was so flexible with our schedules (I work 12 hour shifts, and my fiance was from the cities) so we were so grateful that she made time for us, and showed us all the houses we wanted to see. We could definitely tell that she enjoys doing her job, and we had so much fun working with her. Whenever we decide to move again, we will definitely use her as our real estate agent!

As a first time home buyer, Melissa was able to help us find the perfect house for us. She was always looking out for things in the houses we looked at that we may have over looked that would have costed us a lot of money down the road to fix or update. She was really able to keep us calm and collected with any anxieties we may have had about purchasing our first home.
