•Our family was relocating from out of state to the Tampa area. We were pressed for time in finding the perfect home, with only 5 days to search. We presented Troy with a consistent streaming list of homes we wanted to see. Without hesitation Troy made every showing happen for us within that 5 days. He was diligently on time and ALWAYS with a smile, even though he had driven back and forth from Bradenton to Tampa on several occasions during this time. He maintained a level of professionalism we expect from a realtor and we appreciated it very much. He was highly knowledgeable with each home we viewed, even with the short timeframe he had to learn about the houses. Troy answered every question we came up with and if he didn’t have an answer, he quickly got one. Working with Troy in finding our perfect forever home was such fun and overall we viewed 15 houses in 5 days. Thank you so much for getting us into the home we can finally plant roots in.
