Kashif not only bring his immense knowledge and experience, but also hi excellent professional and communication skills-set to the table; hence it was a no brainer to bring him in, when we decided to buy our new home. His timely advices helped us make the most optimal decisions, may it be choosing the right builder options or pointing us to the right people for other services (eg : Home inspection). In addition, he was also almost always available for all our meetings/walk-throughs with the builder. These services are often underrated, but as a three-time home owner, i can tell they are equally important, especially if you are a new home buyer. On top of the 5-star service, he also offered us a reasonable credit back during the closing. I would recommend Kashif to anyone who in the market for buying/selling/renting a property; not just because of his impeccable credentials but also for the extra effort he puts in to make sure you have a pleasant experience throughout.
