•My husband and I just worked with Tim to buy our first home. We had a wonderful experience! He was kind, funny, well-informed, and SO responsive right from the jump. He had a lot of great information and anticipated many of our questions before we asked. We really enjoyed house hunting with him - he was already paying such close attention to what we were looking for, and we learned a lot from him about the area, which he knows very well (lots of cool details!), styles of homes, the process, things to keep in mind, etc. Then, after we found our home and the closing process began, he continued to be just as helpful to the very end! He was always SUPER fast to answer an email or phone call and keep us up-to-date or advise us on our latest question/worry. We always knew what would be happening next because he was clear and thorough. He was flexible, able to communicate through email, text, phone - whichever method worked best for us from day to day. We also loved working with his super sweet and helpful assistant (and wife), Peg! Thanks Tim and Peg for helping us get to our home sweet home - we are very happy!
