I was referred to Maude by someone who is reputable. Once I called and asked her about registering for the home ownership class, her demeanor appeared to be too bubbly and genuine, my first thought was “I’ll get my own realtor; she’s looking for a commodity.” I went to the class and she had the same demeanor, then I talked to her after class and asked her on a more personal note” if you were to be my realtor would you make time for me” she replied; yes and smiled. My complex situation, took seven months to close and she was with me every step of the way. She is extremely prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable and surprisingly her bubbly demeanor is real, she is very friendly and consistent from the beginning to the end. I am grateful to GOD that He put her in my path. This process was unusual and tedious but she never slacked but rather remained confident and stayed the course throughout the entire process to assure me that nothing would slip through the cracks, not on her watch, she was on it. I am a Christian who was on the verge of giving up the deal but she showed me perspective and enforced me to be consistent as she was until I said OK, OK. She held my hand and helped carried me to where I am now a happy home owner. She advised me on what I needed to do I listened and did exactly what she recommended and for that I thank God for Maude, she is indeed a blessing without saying, she’s helping people with the heart to help not a commodity. From our initial conversation she has remained honest, bubbly and genuine. She is by far one of the best choices I have made in my life in choosing her as my realtor. She is not a procrastinator she’s prompt. Even though she's very nice and very knowledgeable she will fight for you until the deal is settled whether its three months or twelve months, she’s with you all the way.
