•Working with Diana to sell my fathers house was a pleasure. She kept me informed of weekly sales in our market. She also kept me informed of any activity regarding our house. She had multiple open houses, and provided feedback from potential buyers. She also offered suggestions on improvements to the house to assist with sale and improve the value. When an improvement was decided upon, Diana set up numerous contractors to provide estimates. She has a good understanding of the value the improvements would bring. Once we made the improvements, we received numerous offers. I met Diana when she was showing a house in my community. She was walking the neighborhood, meeting the neighbors so she could give insight to potential buyers. She did the same thing regarding the location of my fathers house. Once the contract was signed, the rest of the process went smoothly. One last note. Diana knew that my parents were original owners of the house and that myself and 3 siblings were raised there. After closing, she provided a framed print of the house for each sibling.
