•From my first inquiry about a home, to Closing Day and after, Pam was kind, responsive, and eager to help. We had some setbacks because of not-so-great homes, but she was always ready and willing to help when I wanted to start looking again. I don't think I had a traditional home buying timeline (I'd get excited about a house, take a few weeks off from looking, and start up again with a quick turnaround), but Pam didn't mind at all. Whenever I found a listing that I was interested in, she would contact the seller immediately and get me set up on a tour. She negotiated on my behalf, and made my end of the process really smooth. I didn't know much about lenders or inspections, but Pam was always able to connect me with trustworthy resources. She made me feel confident and equipped to by my first home. I appreciate her so much!
