•I could not begin to express how happen and thankful I am that Keysha and I chose to work together on the selling of my house. This was all new to me and I had about a hundred additional stressors in my life happening at the time. Keysha was patient with my questions and my time-line and my trepidation. She introduced a skilled contractor to me to handle the massive renovations to the 3600+ sq foot house, 2 barns and multiple side projects. I went into this venture with trust and confidence based on Keysha's knowledge of the area, extensive background in comparable properties and her positive energy. Keysha never approached this as a payday or "another day at work". She took care of me, offered reassurance and calm when it was needed. During the last 3-4 weeks prior to closing Keysha took on all the heavy lifting as I relocated out of state. She handled contractual obligations, inspections, oversight of everything happening at the property and kept me informed every step. I firmly believe had I gone with anyone else things would have not ended well as there were bumps along the way; none of which were caused by Keysha, but she handled every one of them with grace and positivity. Keysha explained to me what was going to happen, when and why. She was able to give me direction of what to do and when and in the end things culminated just as we had planned, sitting in my kitchen months prior. Keysha is simply a wonderful person and a PHENOMINAL realtor with connections and knowhow. If anything came up, and she didn't know the answer to she would be honest and say that; but always followed it with; don't worry I have a connection. She did, every time! I'm out chasing adventures now with my son that a year ago was only a pipe dream and I owe a great deal of that to Keysha and her fulfilling every promise she made. Keysha is absolutely amazing!
