•Adam was a lifesaver and I'm so thankful he was willing to take me on as a collaborator. My home was in massive need of renovation to reach its peak selling potential. He walked me through the different tiers of what he thought was possible and the return on investment at each level. He even recommended some contractors to help me through the process and took personal accountability for the work being done. Lastly, I had to move across country before renovations were completed. He oversaw the entire process to completion and sold my house at full list price in the middle of a global pandemic. If that's not commitment to excellence, I don't know what more you could ask for. Highly recommend, and bonus points for his great sense of humor.
