I would like to explain the dilemma that we were in. We were in the end of a closing when the company that we dealing with decided to drop the price by a substantial amount. We were scheduled to move the next week and had no idea on how we were going to pay for rent and mortgage. We were blessed because a friend informed us of Felicia Hankerson. Felicia met with us the next day and proceeded to help us with the sale of our house. She explained and showed us what to expect from the sale of our home. She was very detailed and knowledgeable and was very sure that she would be able to sale it in the same week and save us from the problem of having to pay for rent and mortgage. She did just that!! My advice to anyone that has a house to sell to go with Felicia Hankerson, because she will inform you about what to expect and show you the value you should receive. Don't allow those quick sell people to bamboozled you into thinking that they have your best interest, because they don't. They tried to do that to us because they believe you don't know better. We were save the expenses and aggravation of selling. I just want to say Thank You so much Felicia.
