Anne was amazing! Having to sell my Mother's home right after she passed and I was a mess, Anne was there and super helpful, kind and caring! She was incredibly diplomatic and patient with sibling drama that ensued. She was supportive, had amazing communication and did her very best to help me through this difficult time. I never met her before putting the house but she felt more like family through the whole process. She gets how important, exciting or in my circumstances, difficult buying and selling a home can be and she is definitely the type of person you want guiding you through the process. Anne is a great choice if you are looking for a real estate agent in the Tampa/New Port Richey area. My Mom had passed and my sisters and myself needed to sell her house. Two of us lived in NY and one on Spring Hill. Anne kept us all abreast of what was going on regularly. All the details. There was never a question as to what was going on. It wasn't long before the house was sold. Anne was empathetic to our situation and knew what needed to be done. We didn't have to worry about anything. Her honesty and open personality was key. Anne is amazing. She gets you everything you need and reminds you to finish things up if you forget. She has a mortgage guy who works magic and closes fast, and she is always available and willing to help with any dilemma or questions. We moved from about 2 hours away to the Trinity/New Port Richey FL area. We asked Anne to be our realtor long distance. We were so very pleased with the attention she gave us. She was knowledgable about the area, the processes, the prices, and quick to figure out what we were seeking. She was professional throughout, yet made it fun. She rates a 10 of 10 for her responsiveness. She literally did not lay down at night until our transaction needs were dealt with. She even taught me long distance (I'm 70) to download and use document and signature transmittals. We would hire her again in a heartbeat, but hope we don't have to because we love our new home.
