•Kimberly did a fantastic job from the beginning to the end. She came in and advised on what needs to be done to make the home more presentable and helped along the way with the improvements. Her marketing was in depth and drew in the buyers. She came to the showings and she also checked with the potential buyers for feedback which I thought was a great idea. Once we had a contract, she stayed on top the buyer and myself along with the title company to make sure everything kept moving along. We closed on time and she also found my next home and was an equally amazing buyer's agent.
