Ruthie New is the very best!

Ruthie New is an excellent realtor and very knowledgeable about the law. We contacted Ruthie to list my mom's home after her death in August; and walked us through the paperwork during a very difficult time. When I needed a roofing company, electrician, plumber, carpet shampooer etc. she gave me the contact information and they were there within a day or two and all of them were very good at their trade. My mom's home sold in a few weeks and the closing went very smoothly. We are selling in 2026 and she is the only real estate agent I would consider listing our house with. I strongly recommend her to anyone when buying or selling a home.
