Joyce was very on top of things, she knew what homes were worth looking into, the area I wanted to live in, what homes were worth the price, she knew to look deeper than surface level for every place that we looked at and saved me from making potential mistakes. As a first time homeowner I was very nervous about the whole process but Joyce made things 100 times easier for me. She was always ready to go as soon as a property went up for sale, we would make a plan and a lot of the time be able to see it that day. She knew how to make me look more appealing to the seller, while also making sure to get me the best deal possible. She was very present from the time I started working with her up until the very end when I received the key to my new home. She made sure to explain everything that was confusing to me and always made sure everything was squared away on our part. Overall Joyce was amazing to work with and I’m very grateful for all the work she did for me!
