She kept searching and showing us very good possibilities. We finally found the perfect home in our favorite choice of location. We could not be happier! We had the pleasure of using Jamie during the purchase of our current home, in addition to the sale of our former house. Both transactions were seamless with Jamie keeping our goals in mind from the start to finish. With the purchase of our current home, she had a difficult task as it was a limited service listing, requiring her to deal directly with the seller and not any representation. She was easily able to create a fantastic rapport with the seller, making the transaction a breeze. She assisted us in contacting the County with potential easement issues, being proactive in all aspects. During the sale of our former home, there wasn't anything she did not do. On one occasion, when we were traveling - she even mowed our lawn when our landscaping company didn't show up. She walked around the house with touch up paint, even finding her on a 10 foot ladder painting our garage door because she knows presentation is so paramount during the sale of a home. She truly made it feel like this was her home she was selling and did anything and everything to not only present the home in the best light, but showcase what it will offer for a future family. Lastly, communication is always key and this is where Jamie shined. She was always available. She was willing to have the difficult conversations with the agents when needed. Words fail me, but I'll try anyway. Jamie is both big picture, and detail oriented. She is high energy and also warm and charismatic. A consummate professional, every "i" will be dottedand every "t" crossed. Grass will never grow under this woman's feet. Obstacles energize her. We can't recommend her highly enough.
