Frank finds the house. I went to Frank looking for my first investment property as an out of state investor. I put my trust in him and i believe he gave me his honest opinion on each house I had interest in. If he says he is going to do something he will get it done. He knows the Syracuse market like the back of his hand. With that being said, he remains extremely busy and communicates on a text message or scheduled phone call basis. I cannot speak for his negotiation skills because he was also the listing agent on the property I purchased. I would recommend Frank to anyone looking to get into investing in real estate.

I used Frank and his assistant Sara Wright to sell my house because of a divorce. I was almost in foreclosure Sara sold the house in one day and I even walked away with money.
