Our interaction with Leah was outstanding from the very beginning. She made time to show us properties on short notice, came prepared with details and showed a lot of expertise and ideas on potential property improvements. We were really impressed with the follow through she showed, taking the initiative to prompt the title company when we weren't getting timely response and negotiating with the seller's agent to ensure that we ended up with the property amidst strong competition. We have dealt with a number of real estate agents over the past 20 years and Leah has proven to be one of the very best.

Leah is an agent who is always coming up with ideas to assist the client. That characteristic I found very beneficial as a buyer can’t think of all possibilities. She was always quick to respond to texts or phone calls/messages. Having her as our agent was truly a joy! (Loved her sense of humor as well). I highly recommend Leah and would definitely want to work with her again!
