•Amanda was AMAZING to work with! She made our first time home buying experience one that we will never forget. She set up so many showings that worked around our work schedules. And she was sooo patient. We had to bring our three little ones along with us, so it was a lot of taking in and out of car seats..which can become time consuming after a while. But she was so understanding. She is also very knowledgeable and honest. She had no problem pointing out things that may need some repairs/fixing. That was greatly appreciated, as we felt like she had our best interest at heart. We put in an offer on one home only to find out that the sellers had already accepted an offer. This was frustrating because they allowed us to see the house after already accepting an offer. Amanda was so disappointed for us but was determined to find us our home. That very same night she scheduled a showing for a home that would become ours. Talk about drive and determination! Being first time homebuyers, we learned that there are A LOT of moving parts in this process. Rovithis Realty has many resources that we did not hesitate to use. And those resources had resources. Because everyone was connected, it made the process seamless. I highly recommend Amanda and will definitely turn to her down the road when we are looking to sell and buy another home! Thanks Amanda!
