Kevin did a phenomenal job again selling my property. It was not an easy transaction.I was abroad and Kevin helped me with everything from start to finish. Even though we got the offer immediately after his professional listing . During the closing, some unaware title defect came up and it was not easy to get it resolved. First transaction fell apart. I was exhausted and Kevin was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions patiently and using his connections to help me get more advice from different perspectives.
