•I own rental properties, and in all honesty I HATE realtors. I told Rob this when we first spoke, and he just laughed and told me he does too, and that he would show me that he was the exception. He was nice and personable and in all honesty I appreciated his candor so I gave him a shot. Well Rob did not restore my faith in realtors, but he did make me realize that a good Real estate agent can make a difference and he lived up to his word and was the exception to the standard realtor.
