She kept me informed of every detail big and small and I really appreciated that. I knew as soon as I spoke to Joey on the phone the first time that she was going to be our realtor. Joey was an amazing resource throughout the entire home purchase process. Whenever we had a question, she was prompt with answering it. She explained what would happen at every step of the way as we were first time home buyers. Joey is the best! She worked very hard to find homes to look at that met my needs & wants plus was always available at times that were convenient for me. Very knowledgable about the type of loan I was applying for & what homes would meet those requirements as well. She thoroughly explained each step of the process & kept in touch to make sure everything was moving along, both on my end & the lender. We completed the sale & closing was even moved up several days! Joey was a pleasure to work with & I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!
