•Peter was a good communicator, and was always very prepared when we flew into town to view properties. We were able to view all the pertinent listing details beforehand, and narrow the list; then Peter went to work coordinating viewings in an efficient way so we could maximize our short trips to Sarasota to view as many potential properties as possible. He made the search process easy and painless, and let us focus on what we specifically liked/didn't like while he did all the behind the scenes searches and previews so we didn't waste any of our time in FL.
