Steavy & her team are just amazing! I have sold two properties with her and she always pays attention to detail, knows the market really well and goes way above and beyond just real estate. One of the properties was a family investment that was in probate. We live out of town and Steavy made what could have been a painfully difficult process much easier as she helped schedule and meet vendors for us. After we were under contract, we were made aware of boxes and content stored in the attic that the buyer wanted removed. Steavy and Sean saved the deal by getting stuff down themselves and meeting the junk removal company. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen but having one who has years of experience and is willing to get their hands dirty when they have to, THAT is what makes Steavy (and Sean) absolutely priceless!

Irina deserves 10 stars. She is very well at communicating. She always responds back in a timely manner. She pays attention to detail. Most importantly, she gives honest recommendations. She was amazing at working with our budget and getting us all of the things that we wanted. She is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of very good advice that we wouldn’t have known as first time home buyers. She went out of her way to meet all of our needs especially with scheduling. Everyone should have a realtor as dedicated and hard-working as Irina. Lastly, I couldn’t not mention this, Irina has a golden heart. I am thrilled that I found Steavy Carter! I spent months searching on my own for my first quadplex investment property with no success. Steavy quickly found multiple options for me and took the time to drive an hour away to show them to me. When things got complicated with VA lending she helped me navigate the situation. After three lenders closed the door, Steavy found one who could get the deal done.
