•Wow! What a fantastic experience it was to go through my very first home buying experience with Erica as my agent! Really and truly, we all know that buying your first home can be stressful, but what I didn’t know is how much emotional support I would need to get through the process. Erica was kind and patient but mostly she was factual and extremely knowledgeable which cut through the emotion and allowed me to make practical and purposeful decisions about my purchase. She worked really well with the selling agents which was nice because when in the thick of negotiations we got through it harmoniously. Lastly, can I just say in the end she made the process FUN!! We laughed and cheered and celebrated! Working with Erica was the BEST!!
