•Lea Johnson let us into her office as walk in potential clients on a Saturday in the summer of 2020 inquired of real estate properties in Malibu. She printed out a dozen home for sales in our price range, then showed us our selected homes the following day and week. We found our dream home on the hills with ocean and Mountain View in Malibu that met all of our criteria. She is professional, experienced, organized, pleasant and good negotiations in the entire buying and close of escrow process. Seller was not friendly; Lea was able to negotiate, got what we had asked for and the price of the home. Lea is a very nice lady, good to work with, punctual, delivered what she promised and resolved issues promptly & effectively. We are very satisfied with her service and highly recommend her as a realtor.
